Accident with confinement | Box 33-3 York Road

Just after 0600 hours United Hook and Ladder was alerted for the accident with entrapment on the York Road (Us Route 30) near the Swift Run Road intersection. Duty officer 33 (Captain Sipe) arrived to find one car on it's side off the roadway with confinement of the sole occupant. A tractor tailer involved had the east bound lane blocked. The crash occured in the construction zone hampering arrival of fire apparatus. Rescue 33's crew arrived and went to work stabilizing the car and extricating the driver. Bonneauville's Engine-Rescue19 and Medic 51 assisted on the incident.
